Matthew 5:4: "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted."
Rise! In 66 days
Matthew 5:4: "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted." Losing a loved one is one of the hardest things a person can ever go through. And while nothing can magically take away the pain, we can find comfort in Jesus. He gives us the strength to make it through the hardest parts, and the courage to resume life long afterward. And if that loved one had faith in Jesus, then we have even greater peace. We can rise knowing that he or she is no longer suffering, but is in heaven, enjoying the glory of God
Write down one of your emotions that you need to get better with when it comes to dealing with pain in the midst of grief.

Faith-In-Action:
The 5 stages of grief and loss are 1. Denial and isolation; 2. Anger; 3. Bargaining; 4. Depression; 5. Acceptance.
People who are grieving do not necessarily go through the stages in the same order or experience all of them. on for God to move in and replace our faltering strength with His. If you are mourning for a recent loss make sure to make time for feeling the emotions that arise, whether they are anger, sadness, or pain. There is no need to judge these emotions as good or bad and know that it is Ok to feel these and they will not last forever as all things come and go.
